Improved Customer Relationship Management and ERP tools running on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform for a Small Scale Manufacturing company in Europe
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:
Existing processes were completely offline using excel and through emails. There was no CRM or ERP system as such. As the business was growing there was a need of a proper system to track the End-to-End customer journey.
Objective was to enable more automated processes to reduce the manual processing of data, better user experience, better collaboration among different departments and implement an analytics platform for better Sales & Operational insights and tracking the KPI better.
THE SOLUTION:
A cost effective CRM and ERP application was developed and deployed using the latest Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps. Existing processes were reviewed and updated by making the best use of Dynamics 365 Mobile app, Dynamics 365 Sales & Business Central modules, Power Automate and Model Driven Apps. KPI dashboards were implemented using Power BI as per the cient specific requirements.
Our Dynamics 365 & Power platform experts came up with the best strategy for the customer and implemented the project making the best use of Microsoft’s cloud-based applications.
