BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:
A hospital chain in the Canada wanted to implement an improved Patient management system based on Dynamics 365.
Dynatecon was approached by an IT Solutions provider in Canada to assist them in the implementation of Dynamics 365 healthcare accelerator. Objective was to enable enriched data to flow securely through every point of care to help continuously improve the patient experience and health outcomes. Facilitate patient access to secure portals and mobile tools to help patients interact directly with health teams, and simplify routine tasks for better patient satisfaction and care transparency.
