An improved Sales & Marketing platform running on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform for Leading Wooden flooring Company India

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:

Existing CRM platform was used just as a data capturing system. System was lacking automated business processes, having complicated User Interface and having no analytics tools to provide Sales & marketing insights.

Objective was to enable more automated processes to reduce the manual processing of data, improve the user experience & thus the user adaptation, enable mobile devices for the sales team to collaborate remotely and implement an analytics platform for better sales & marketing insights and tracking the KPI better.

THE SOLUTION:

An improved version of a Sales and CRM application was developed and deployed using the latest Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps. Existing sales processes were reviewed and updated by making the best use of Dynamics 365 Mobile app, Dynamics 365 Sales module, Power Automate and Model Driven Apps. Sales KPI dashboards were implemented using Power BI as per the client specific requirements. Having better Sales and Marketing insights, business is now able to identify the next best actions.

Our Dynamics 365 & Power platform experts came up with the best strategy for the customer and implemented the project making the best use of Microsoft’s cloud-based applications.
