Here are the steps to perform to add Project Members to a project in Power Apps based Project Tracking system.

Steps:

1. Access the ‘Dyna Project -Admin’ main page

2. Click on Projects from Projects Operations in the left navigation bar. It will open the Active Project list.

3. From the ‘All Projects’ list, click on ‘+New’ button.

4. New Project form will get opened. Fill all fields in the form.

5. Click Save &Close button.

6. Select Active Projects from the dropdown All Projects.

7. The newly created project will be shown in the list. Open the Project from here.

8.Select the Project Members tab

9. There you can click on ‘+New Project Resource’ button.

10. When the form gets opened, Fill all the fields in it.

Based on the Resource selected, Role field should be automatically updated.

11. Click Save &Close button.

12. The newly created resource will be shown in the list. You can select, view and edit the record from here.
