A retail chain in Australia wanted to implement Dynamics 365 Customer insights to bring together transactional, behavioral, and demographic data in real time to create a 360-degree view of your customers.
Dynatecon was approcahed by an IT Solutions provider in Australia to assist them in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Objective was to get a complete, 360-degree view of the customer with digital and cross-channel analytics.
