Automatic Record Creation rules and SLAs are required to be migrated from Webclient to UCI client by Oct 2021. There is a ARC & SLA migration tool in the Customer Service Hub and the same can be used for the migration.

Internally these processes were running on traditional workflows and this is the strategic move to migrate from traditional workflows into Power Automate.

The migration tool for automatic record creation rules and service-level agreements (SLAs) helps migrate the rules in the web client to Unified Interface. This also includes the conversion of the workflows to Power Automate-based flows.

For any new deployments, you may create SLAs and ARCs from Customer Service Hub>Service Management
